2. Nature of Items
All items listed on this platform are genuine vintage or antique coins and currency notes collected over several decades. Each item is described to the best of the seller's knowledge, including its approximate grade, era, origin, and condition. Buyers are encouraged to ask questions before making any purchase decision. Photographs and descriptions are provided in good faith.
3. No Online Transactions
Coin of Ham Mim does not facilitate online payments, escrow, or digital transactions of any kind. All purchases are negotiated and completed directly between the buyer and seller via phone or email. Payment terms, pricing, and delivery arrangements are agreed upon privately. Coin of Ham Mim bears no responsibility for any payment disputes arising from transactions conducted outside this platform.
4. Pricing
Prices are not listed on this platform. All pricing is discussed directly with the seller based on the specific item, its condition, current market value, and mutual agreement. The seller reserves the right to decline any sale or offer at their sole discretion.
5. Authenticity & Grading
The seller makes reasonable efforts to accurately represent each item's authenticity and numismatic grade. However, grading is inherently subjective. Coin of Ham Mim does not provide certified third-party grading (such as PCGS or NGC) unless explicitly stated in the listing. Buyers who require professional certification are advised to request it prior to purchase or arrange for independent verification.
6. Returns & Disputes
Since all transactions are private and direct, return and refund policies are determined on a case-by-case basis at the seller's discretion. In the event of a significant misrepresentation of an item, the seller will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter fairly. Buyers are advised to thoroughly review all available information and communicate any concerns before completing a transaction.
7. Delivery & Shipping
Shipping terms, costs, and insurance are negotiated directly between buyer and seller. The seller takes reasonable precautions to package items safely using archival-grade materials. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing. For high-value items, insured and tracked shipping is strongly recommended.
